Areas of Focus

The skills we train

Every engagement starts with your goal. From there we pick the skills that will move the needle, and drill them until they hold up in the moment.

01

Confidence & self-belief

Build durable confidence that holds up on your worst day, not just your best.

02

Performance anxiety & pressure

Turn nerves into readiness and stay composed when the stakes are highest.

03

Focus & concentration

Train attention so it lands where it matters, and comes back fast when it drifts.

04

Motivation & goal setting

Set goals that pull you forward and structure the work that gets you there.

05

Emotional regulation

Manage frustration, fear, and momentum swings without losing your edge.

06

Leadership & communication

Lead teammates, communicate with coaches, and set the tone under pressure.

07

Team culture & cohesion

Build the trust, roles, and shared standards that make teams greater than the sum of their parts.

08

Visualization & mental imagery

Rehearse execution, sharpen technique, and pre-load big moments.

09

Resilience & recovery

Bounce back faster from setbacks, losses, and injury, and finish stronger than you started.

Performance vs. Mental Health

Different work. Sometimes the same person

Mental performance is about optimizing what you can do at your best. Mental health counseling addresses concerns that interfere with daily functioning or overall well-being. They overlap, but they aren't the same thing.

Our practice is set up to support both. Ashlyn holds credentials in both mental performance and mental health counseling, so if performance work naturally opens into deeper concerns, she can meet you there. Paige focuses exclusively on mental performance.
